One of our providers has notified us they will be performing maintenance on circuits that will affect Avvanta customers. The maintenance will be from 12:01am (Pacific) Wed March 18th through 5am Wed March 18th.
During the maintenance window customers will experience multiple brief outages (5 to 10 minutes each) These outages will prevent or degrade connections to outside networks (web sites, mail servers etc) over our Cogent link. As we have more than one backbone provider this Cogent maintenance will not affect all attempts to connect to all sites or networks, but will affect a significant percentage.
We apologize for any inconvenience. If you experience connection issues beyond the end of the stated maintenance window please let us know.
