The Avvanta operations team will be performing general system and network maintenance on the core network routers and select servers within our Washington data centers on Wednesday morning, July 22nd between 12:01AM, and 4AM PDT. Customer impact is anticipated to be very minimal.
This maintenance window will be used to perform some relatively minor work. We will be replacing one switch on the network and doing some upgrades to several servers which will require them to be rebooted. We will endeavor to keep interruptions as brief as possible. All outage times are estimates based on expected outcomes of the work being performed and previous experience performing the same or similar work. There is always the possibility of some unforeseen bug or problem that could extend the outage time. Engineers will make every effort to correct the problem or implement the back out plan quickly if something occurs.
